Peaceful fish that mostly lives in a small school. You
can keep him together with other small and peaceful fishes.
The aquarium should be planted densely on the sides and
background. In the middle you should leave a lot of
free swimming space. A dimmed light and a dark
substrate bring out the colours of the fish. A regular
changing of the water is necessary, because they are very
sensitive for water pollution. You should feed them with small live food such as water flees, Artemia and black mosquito larvae. Dry food is accepted as well. About breeding in the aquarium nothing is known. |
