|
Peaceful fish for the community aquarium together with other
peaceful species. When you don't feed them with a
great variety of food they nibble the fins and scales of
other fishes. The aquarium should be planted densely
on the sides and background. In the middle you should
leave a lot of free swimming space. A dimmed light by
using floating plants and a dark substrate bring out the
colours of the fish.
You should feed them with a great variety of small live food. Dry food is accepted as well. About breeding in the aquarium not much is known. |
