Peaceful schooling fish for the community aquarium together
with other peaceful fishes. You can keep them as a
pair as well. The aquarium should be planted densely
on the sides and background. In the middle you should
leave a lot of free swimming space. You should use a
peat filter. A dark substrate and dimmed light bring
out the colours of the fish. He is omnivorous but he prefers mosquito larvae and dry food. About breeding in the aquarium only a few reports are known. |
