|
Peaceful, lively schooling fish that you should keep
together with other rainbowfish. They like a well
planted aquarium with a dark substrate. A regular
changing of the water is appreciated. You should give them live food. Dry food is accepted as well. Breeding is easy. After a large changing of the water they spawn spontaneously. They spawn every day. The eggs hatch after 6-8 days. When the young fishes are swimming free you can feed them very fine live food such as paramecia and rotifers. |
