| Because this fish is very large you can keep him only as a
juvenile in your aquarium at home.  They only can be
kept in a public aquarium or a zoo.  They are large
predators, smaller fish are eaten, because they think it is
food.  The aquarium should be decorated with stones and
driftwood that make caves.  Some hard plants can be
used for decoration as well.  They need a lot of free
swimming space. You should give them live food such as small fish. Breeding in the aquarium is impossible. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
