Rather peaceful fish, only during breeding time he is

7.4 and Gh 19) They are omnivorous. You should give them a great variety of live, frozen and dry food. Breeding is not difficult. A small amount of eggs are laid and fertilized on a flat stone. The eggs are covered with sand. After 3 days the eggs hatch, and the fry is moved to a breeding pit. After 9 days the young fishes are swimming free. Both parents care for them. You can raise them with baby brine shrimp. |
